This world is filled with some incredible people, those who recognize the power of generosity and the impact giving can have on the success of others.
I recently completed a coaching cycle with one such man. He is a C-suite executive at a Fortune 500 company. He is kind. He is focused. He is making a difference and now he wants to pay it forward.
After completing a cycle of work he asked me, “How can I help others get access to this? How can I pay it forward?” Knowing that I spend a great deal of my time working with schools, school leaders, and educators, people who often have limited budgets and tight timelines, he offered the following plan, that I am now sharing with you.
Thanks to his incredible personal generosity, he is going to cover up to $1000 for any school, district, or leader who decides to work with me next year. He has set aside up to $25,000 to cover this so this means the offer is available for up to 25 schools. Yup…you read that correctly. He is donating $25,000!!!!
I know this sounds almost too good to be true, but, it is not. There are no strings attached. None.
This would mean:
Keynotes go from $3500 to $2500
Strategic Planning and School Improvement goes from $5500 to $4500
Leadership Coaching would be given a free month of support

I wanted to share with each of you the name of this generous sponsor so we could offer him thanks, but he won’t let me. He wants this to be a gift and not an advertisement. He wants you to find success just like he did. But I assure you, he is a man of character, clarity, and conviction. He is committed to making a difference in his own life and with each of us.
So whether you use Title 2, Title 1, 31 A, ESSR, or any other funding mechanism, know that at least one good man has the heart to stand beside you and bring growth and progress to your doorstep.
If you are interested in setting up support, just send me a message and we will get something on the calendar ASAP.
And yes, you are more than welcome to partner with neighboring schools or districts if it helps. The more the merrier š
Have an incredible day.
